Shipping & Return Policy

1. The Handmade Guarantee

Please note that due to the handmade nature of all SIS Jewelry Line merchandise, slight variations from the pictures shown are to be expected. Each piece is unique; no two items will be exactly alike.

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly send a replacement.

  • Action Required: Please email clear photos of the defective item to sisjewelryline@yahoo.com.

  • Timeline: Claims must be submitted within five (5) business days of receiving your order.

3. Order Processing & Timelines

We take pride in crafting each piece with care. Please refer to the following processing windows:

  • Standard Items: 10–21 business days.

  • Custom Orders: 4–6 weeks to complete and ship.

  • Partial Shipments: If your order contains items with different processing times, they may be shipped separately to get your pieces to you as soon as possible.

Definition of a "Business Day": Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. Orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

4. Shipping & Tracking

Once your order is handcrafted and ready, it will be sent via UPS or USPS.

  • Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

  • Status Inquiries: Please wait until the 21-business-day processing window has passed before inquiring about your order status if you have not yet received tracking.

5. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Free Shipping: All orders with a subtotal over $100 qualify for free shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: Unless another method is selected at checkout, orders are shipped via USPS Standard Ground Shipping.

6. Cancellations & Returns (Standard Inventory)

While custom and handmade items are final sale, the following applies to non-customized inventory:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 5 days of purchase by emailing sisjewelryline@yahoo.com.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be in original packaging and show no signs of wear.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend an insured and trackable service.
